MARKET ACTIVITY IS UP IN JULY...WAY UP!
Market activity in the Crested Butte area has picked up significantly this month. 25 properties have gone under contract since July 1, totaling more than $20 million dollars, with an average asking price of $817,252. Five of these properties are single-family homes ranging in price from $1,495,000 to $3,495,000. Vacant land remains the slowest to move, with only three home sites going under contract priced from $109,000 to $250,000. The total dollar volume of all properties currently under contract in our area is almost $29 million.

Winter isn't over in Crested Butte!
A spring storm has found it's way to Crested Butte
and we are rejoicing with the Snow Gods. At least I am...

still coming down!

this Sunday, April 5th, so it's time to
enjoy the powder conditions while we can.
